Personal Appointments
1) Booking for Counseling Service (normally takes 2-5 working days for appointment arrangement)
| Please call us to make a simple appointment registration so that we could have a basic understanding of your situation. |  |
The information will be reviewed by our Chief Clinical Supervisor, and based on your situation, a suitable counsellor would be assigned to you. | |
Once the counsellor is assigned, we would inquire about their available appointment slots. |

We would call you back to discuss the appointment details and arrange a mutually convenient time for you and the counsellor as soon as possible. |
2) First Counselling Appointment
- Please arrive at the centre 10 mins early for your first appointment. A basic information form would be required to fill out.
- After the counselling session, please procced to the counter for payment and to schedule the next appointment.
3) Counselling Session and Fee Charges
- Each counselling session equals to 50 minutes, 1.5 sessions = 1 hour 15 minutes, 2 sessions = 1 hour 40 minutes.
- Minimum charge of counselling fee is 1 session; fee on a 1/4 session-basis will be charged for overtime of more than 10 minutes; for “Counsellors in Training” , fee on a 1/2 session-basis will be charged for overtime of more than 10 minutes.
- Payment method (Cash／EPS／Cheque／FPS／Bank Transfer／Octopus／Alipay)
4) Delays, Changes, or Cancellations of Counselling Appointments
- For any delay in the beginning of the counselling session caused by the service users, the session will be ended and charged according to the scheduled appointment.
- Service users should notify the Centre (via phone message/ Whatsapp) at least 24 hours before the appointment for any change or cancellation, otherwise, fee will be charged according to the scheduled appointment..

* “Counsellor in Training” have completed the appropriate Master's degree program and are currently in the internship period as counsellors.

For All-day trainings/ activities, even if the morning session is cancelled due to bad weather; the afternoon session (on the same day) will remain unchanged if the warning signal is cancelled 3 hours before the original scheduled time.

Remarks:
1. If participants of activities or training are not able to attend the re-scheduled session, Green Pastures will not arrange refund or re-schedule further session for individual participant.
2. Appointments being cancelled due to typhoon or rainstorm warning can be re-scheduled.
3. Our centre will be opened three hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 is cancelled.
