參加者聲明：
i. 本人明白及同意我必須繳付整個課程的費用。在課程開始前或課程中途不論任何原因退出，已繳之費用將不獲任何退款。
ii. 本人清楚明白本人在活動中的參與完全由本人自己選擇，並承諾不會將其他參加者於活動中的分享及私人資料向其他人士披露。
iii. 本人同意青草全人發展中心為參加者開設所屬班別的 WhatsApp 群組，以便青草地全人發展中心於課程舉行期間就突發事宜作通訊用。群組成員只限該班別的學員、導師及個別行政同工。課程完結後，青草地全人發展中心會刪除有關群組。
